Cancellation Policy:

  1. In case buyers want to cancel the order; we request them to do so before the goods are shipped. Shipping charges will not be refunded once the order is shipped.

Return & Refund Policy:

  1. Our return policy is applicable if buyers have received the product in poor condition or if the container is damaged. So, please reject the package and write to us at giving details of the Order ID. Our team will do the necessary replacement with no additional cost.
  2. Buyers are requested to mail the return request within 48 hours in receipt of the shipment through mailing at
  3. Customer will have to make a "Parcel opening" video which will include product shipping label and product while opening the parcel. Without this video, No any complaints will be entertained. This video is must for any refund or return request.
  4. Delivery and COD charges are non-refundable.
    • For refund of any COD order we will deduct Rs 250 per product (includes shipping charges, return pickup changes and COD charges).
    • For refund of any pre-paid order will be charged Rs.250 per product as pick-up charges if return pickup is conducted from our side and that will deduct from the refundable amount.
    • In some circumstances if we could not organise the return pick up or system failure or if there is no courier company available to pick up your return order then the customer or buyer has to courier on their own. For this we will only deduct Rs: 100/- per saree for our shipping / COD charge. Rest of the money will be refunded to you.
  5. If the pick-up location chosen shows a non-serviceable area, the buyer needs to self-ship product/s to our office address return desk (4102 International Fashion Market, Near Sita Nagar Chowk, Punagam, Surat - 395010).
  6. If you receive any faulty or damaged product, immediately mail us at You need to mention your Order ID on the mail and send us a snapshot of the fault. We will either deliver you a credit note or replace the same product or reimburse the amount of the product.
  7. Buyers will get the reimbursement amount only for the products, Shipping charges will not be refunded.
  8. If buyers opt for a credit note, they cannot en-cash it afterward.
  9. Please ensure the product sent is unused, unwashed and has the tags intact. Also please add the order id and refund id on a piece of paper and place it inside the packet before sealing it.
  10. No refund will be initiated if the customer sends different products in replacement or refund of the product.
  11. Once your return is received, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. This process can take upto 2 working days from receiving your return.

Exchange/ alteration Policy: 

  1. Buyers need to send us a request for exchange within 2 working days of receipt of the product. If our team approves your replacement, we will dispatch the product as per alteration to you within 7 working days after we receive your product of replacement. Consumers are requested to mail us for a request to exchange.
  2. Once we arrange the pick-up, our team will send a label via email. This is required to get attached to the package for sending it to us.
  3. There will be no charges levied for first time exchange.
  4. If you are exchanging the same product again you will have to pay Rs.250 per product. This will be an advance payment post which the exchange process shall begin.
  5. Buyers should mention the order details & comprehensive delivery address on the parcel as stated below – * Order Number, Name used while placing the order * Shipping Address (as mentioned on the website).
  6. Please make sure that the original packing is intact when the product is picked up.
  7. We will not accept any return and exchange request if you place it after 5 days of receiving the shipment. In case of exceptional cases, please mail us at you would be informed by our team once we accept your shipment.
  8. Exchange is not applicable if we find that the product is used or alterations have been made to the product.
  9. Any kind of customization to the product will not be eligible for refund policy.
  10. If buyers want to interchange the merchandise that they have ordered for with a new product of a higher amount, our team would make a cash-on-delivery order or electronic payment of an additional amount.
  11. If customers wish to alter the product with a new product of a lesser amount, our team will take care to ship the product at the earliest as we receive it and we will refund that balance amount. If buyers wish, they can also avail credit notes for the balance amount. This credit note amount can be used for the next purchase.
  12. Products availed during the sale are not refunded 



  1. All products should have remained unexploited and unwashed for cleanliness reasons.
  2. The merchandise needs to be in the original packaging and tags in place.
  3. If buyers add fall and edging to the sarees, we will not accept them for return or exchange.
  4. Modified sarees cannot be refunded or exchanged
  5. If buyers do not mail us any type of Return/Exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the product, we cannot accept the request.
  6. Buyers can do the alterations to the products only once for the blouses or customized orders if needed. If buyers require additional alterations, the charges for alteration and courier charges are required to be accepted by the customers.
  7. Merchandises bought during a sale will not be refunded by us.
