What is the timeframe of raising any issue?

What do I do if I receive a Damaged/Wrong Product?
If you received a Damaged/Wrong Product from our side for a claim you must be sent a pre-opening video within 48 hours, if you are not able to provide pre-opening video of damaged or wrong product/parcel we cannot pass your claim.

Returns

Return and exchange postage costs will be at your expense. We encourage you to return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Bonbela.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. All tags and labels should be intact.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase i.e invoice, or delivery note.

Bonbela reserves the right to refuse to return a product if it is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for shipping the return package to the given address below as we are providing free shipping from our end. Return shipping costs incurred by you are non- refundable. Kindly mention clearly the Bonbela order id and your name on the return package to make it easier for us to identify. Refund Policy:

Once your return is received, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. This process can take upto 5 working days from receiving your return.

For Prepaid Orders

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of electronic payment) for the pre-paid orders only and minus Rs.100/-(adjusted towards shipping, re-stocking and Payment Gateway Charges) per product. The refund amount shall appear in your bank statement within 5-7 days, depending on your bank or card issuer's policies.

Please note that a return charge of Rs. 100 shall be deducted from the invoice amount as shipment processing in case a pre-paid order is returned without acceptance from the customer.

It’s solely your responsibility to enter the right details. By mistake, if you did anything wrong, let us inform before the order shipped.

For Cash on Delivery orders

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund in the form of coupon code or store credit which shall be valid for upto 1 year from the date of issue. For security reasons you are requested not to disclose any bank information to any representative over phone, message or email.

Treatment of Discounts:

Any discount availed with the use of Coupon Code while placing the order shall be deducted from the refund amount in totality. This deduction of discount (offered at the time of sale) from the refund amount shall be full and not proportional to the quantity or value of the return.

Cancellation Policy

In case you wish to cancel the order, you can contact us on sales@bonbela.shop or WhatsApp on 81605 34500 with your order number. We can cancel your order and refund the amount only if the order has not been already dispatched.
